Client may ask for 1-2 simple fixes during the sketch and lineart stages. Any additional fixes after that are £5+ depending on how complicated they are.ETTIQUETTE

I will aim to reply to any queries within 48 hours, if it goes over 48 hours, it may be that I’ve forgotten and you can re-message me again.
I can reply with any updates to your commission, if desired.RIGHTS
As the artist, I own the final artwork due to copyright law. I have full publication and printing rights. If I do choose to print your artwork, out of respect for you, the commissioner, will ask first before doing so.
You may repost the artwork to your respective social networks/galleries. Artwork may not be reposted to E621. Credit to me, Novaloux must be given if reposted.PRIVACY
I will only take private commissions if a fee is paid. Fee is +50% of the final price. This covers my loss of advertisement and that no one will see the work I’ve taken time to create, and any loss in potential commissions arising from it.REFUNDING
Refunds are based on the amount of work completed. Refunds during the sketch stage will be given 90% refund. Refunds during the flats stage will be 60%. Refunds asked for during the shading (cell) stage will be 75% refund. Refunds asked for during the painting stage will be 5-15% refund.
